Body detoxification has shifted my life physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Once a year I make time to do a personal retreat with focus on the foundation of life: my vessel.

My Intention is to initiate your self-mastery project rooted in community. I'll be your guardian angel, supporting your process in a personal level. We will get together to share sacred space with meditation, breath work, prayer, music, yoga and dance so you can integrate the experience with new tools, resources and confidence.
